  • Heart Palipations....?????

Recently I have had this feeling, like my heart is skipping a beat.... I get a sinking feeling in the pit of my stomach as it happens..... Kind of like when you get caught doing something your not suppose to do... This has been going on for about 5 days now. Not constantly, but now and again it will happen, randomly throughout the day.

I am currently doing PCT with Nolva, and I am not taking anything else, besides vitamins and protein, etc.... My last shot of Prop was about one week ago. During my cycle I used clen, but did not use T3. I have had this feeling before, while on T3..... but it went away after T3 was stopped... and the feeling didn't happen as often.

I have already considered going to the doctor, and probably will be doing that soon... But I thought I would see what kind of thoughts you guys had as well.

Thanks in advance for any help!

I had/have the same thing. Went to the Doc and got a ekg and nothing of concern showed up. The Doc thought that it happens when one side of the heart doesn't open as quick as it should. He said it was no big deal but wanted me to see a specialist. The quickest I could get in to see the specialist was almost 2 months later, by then I didn't have the problem so I didn't go see him.

I'd go see the Doc and have him run a ekg, it took about 5 min and that alone took a lot off my mind. Good Luck!

Let me ask you this, do you have any digestion problems, do you eat your food to fast and swallow it a little whole, do you have heartburn? If so it could be your intestinal tract having spasms trying to move the food. That happens a lot. Your pct medications could be casuing your stomach to produce more acid making your digestive system act up which in return can make your chest spasm sometimes.

Also after you discontinue aas use you know they cause aniexty. Your chest hurting and feeling weird is alot of times aniexty. They say 65% of people going to the er thinking they are having a heart attack is really aniexty.

Thanks for the thoughts JJ, but I have never had digestive problems, or heartburn. I also have no symptoms of heart attack.....

Caused from test. I would get them when i first started on a high test cycle. From what i gathered its a nervous system reaction.

I have had it before, nothing to be alarmed about. Had every test ran on me also. Said it could be stress.

I've had that happen a few times before. For me it seems like it happens after I eat and a lay down to soon. I've had problems in the past with acid reflux and have been told that the digestive system do have spasms while trying to digest certain foods. I know it's an uncomfortable feeling but it will pass. You have to remember that there's more organs and muscles in your chest than just your heart.

I had that a lot during the contest diet, I attributed it to the fat burners. Happened a few times after the show as well, but that most likely had something to do with gaining 40lbs of water

I've had that many times in the past and sometimes I still get them. I went to the ER one night because it was so bad and they told me that caffeine, alcohol, cigarettes and stress will cause it.

Are you taking a lot of caffeine? That could be the problem.

I've felt this several times before, but not often enough to realize any sort of pattern, cause or other symptoms with it, nor anything in relation to cycles (as mine have been spaced so far apart).
I'm thinking it's a normal thing that just occurs in some people......?? I never had any pains along with it (I'm 31) just as you don't, which rules out any real heart problems as far as I'm concerned, especially a heart attack since those don't feel good and have other, more serious symptoms/pains :)

I was also one of those babies that had breathing symptoms while sleeping etc. (minor for me I think) ----> "SIDS" I think it's called.

Thanks guys. Kind of put my mind at ease about it for a while at least.

And for those who asked, I am not taking in a lot of caffeine. And I have not been able to link it to one thing that I do.....
