Yep quads are super easy. as posted goto spotinjections.com and see where exactly to hit them.

I've only ever done quads. I didnt want to try to twist around to do glutes and I always schedule it so I can lift with legs or at least do some cardio after to get the oil moving. I never get sore.

OK Rado I have injected myself 3 times this week and very proud

it actually hurts less!

I always do arse and am right handed so doing my right cheek works perfect,left cheek not so good...

any tips as I know not good to do same area al the time...

Dont give a fuck about the blood but dont want the juice to have been mixed in with it ,,looked like a good bit,wiped it up straight away
