I have used IGF-1 once before but it was a long time ago and I used it at 40mcg IM in the muscle worked on training days and 40mcg Sub Q in the morning on non workout days. Used it for 30 days and saw some pretty good results... I did lots of reading back then and did some refreshing before starting it this time since it has been a while... I decided on doing 60mcg split up into two doses.... 1 30mcg dose in the morning and 1 after workout of before bed on non training days... Both injects will be sub Q.... I am on cycle right now with Prop and Tren and I may throw Dbol back in for 4 weeks with the IGF. I am running the IGF 50 days this time.
