I'm 5'9" 225lbs. with a six pack beginning to show through. I am exactly 19 weeks out of my first competition ever! I eat every two hours and it usually consists of: 60g protein and 36g carbs and mucho water. I take a fish oil pill, multivitamin, calcium pill (because I do not drink milk). Two weeks ago I started my cycle: 2cc's of test/week and two pills of D-bol/day. I will take the D-bol for I believe 4-5 weeks then get off of it. I also have 20 cc of Winstrol but I do not know when to start taking it or how often. Also, when should I stop taking the test? Can I bump up the amount per week? When I am 16 weeks out how much should I reduce protein and carb intake? I want to be dialed in for the show because I think I can win. Any advice for be greatly appreciated!
