I'm doing 25 mg winstrol day along with 400 mg week of nandrolone. I'm hungry all the time. I buy those baked chickens you see at the grocery. I tear the skin off and eat one every day ( throught out the day ) I drink protien shakes between solid meals. I take 3 1000 mg fish oil 3 times daily for a total of 9 gelcaps. I take 400 IU vitamin E and 1000 mg vitamin C directley after training. I even eat yams right out of the can for complex carbs. I eat atleast one piece of fruit daily if not 2 and I get my share of peanut butter. I buy frozen salmon filets and eat a lot of fish. Anything I might need to add to this or take away???
