      Bro I am in Canada as well and PCT is much needed but I think there is maybe some confusion about PCT and taking nolva during cycle... There is a big difference... PCT is post cycle therapy which is started after the cycle usually two weeks after your last shot of test... However nolva can be used during cycle to fight against gyno and other estrogen related symptoms... I believe what your friend is trying to tell you is that nolva is not needed during a bulking cycle unless you experience symptoms of gyno and with that I would have to agree since estrogen can help when bulking but you definitely should always run your PCT after your cycle.... Hope this helps!

        Yea I got that bit. I expressed to him that I was interested in keeping my gains so nolva, post cycle, was what I wanted to do. Maybe it was a communication breakdown.

        On another note, say I get partway thru my cycle and I am experiencing no undesirable sides. Is it possible to bump my test to 400mg at any time?

          I would just leave it be. Your only running 12 weeks not enough time to bump dosage. Pick a dosage and stick to it.

            Would have to agree with rocket... Pick a dosage and stick to it for the whole cycle but I would use 400mg of test at least but no more then 500mg

                If you are running just test E sides can pop up anywhere from 2-6 weeks the sooner the worse,lol. 2 weeks and the drug isnt even full strength yet but by 6 it will be full strength. So realy it can happen any time depending on you.

                  I wish any sides would kick in already!!!! Next time im going to run something a little faster acting... Must be patient....slow and steady wins the race.

                  My guy told me that if i hadnt noticed anything yet to bump up my dosage. i said hold on a second!?!? doesnt it take 4-6 weeks to build full blood concentration?!? He said, well yes, but in a couple weeks if i dont notice anything, bump it up!!!
                  he doesnt like to run anything under a g a week.

                    You WANT sides... I don't get it... Shouldn't it be actual results you are hopin for not sides....

                    And don't listen to your friend.. there is no need to bump it...

                        is the Push/ Pull/ Legs split ok for on cycle training? Is there something more effective?

                          Yeah push and pull is just fine, soon you'll notice the strenght gains so just go heavier and you'll grow, just don't expect to much to soon it's not some magic pill.

                            LOL! I noticed my strength go up yesterday, especially in my deadlifts. I dont know if i had written it down wrong or what but i went up 50 lbs.
