  • Fighting water weight while cycling

    So everyone has the one side effect from cycling that kills them wether it be hairloss, acne, nuts extremely shrinking, sex drive, etc. Well its weird i do not experience many of the sides. Even when runnign high amounts of test my nuts barely shrink, i dont lose hair, and have only experienced acne when runnign my first cycle. The biggest thing my body does is retain a shitload of water weight in my face and it bothers me because within weeks of getting on something alot of people can tell my face is getting real fat.

    My last cycle consisted of test prop and tren ace. When ran at 75mgs eod of both supps i had an extreme amount of size but water weihgt with it. I started to run adex eod to help fight but really didnt make a difference. I even tried running winny to help keep the water off but didnt notice a difference. What did help was running the doses alot lower seemed to help with my body not retaining water. A few weeks coming of the cycle and my body is okay again but i want to jump on a quick short cycle now take a longer break and run a summer cycle starting in march. I was thinking a 6-8 week cycle to achieve lean gains, im not worried about size im still pretty big so want to keep focused on lean gains to keep through summer. I was thinking an 8 week low dose cycle of prop and tren but wat can i take to keep water weight off. does anyone have any suggestions for me.

    if adex didnt work you could try letro its stronger.

    other then that, a mild diuretic might help. try a supplement version first.

      Your diet will effect how much water weight you are retaining.... Other then that like bouncer said letro is stronger and may work better but really adex should do the job for the water weight if you aren't taking in a ton of sodium and you get in lots of water

        yeah, i would try to run adex eod when i did my shots. i drank at least a gallon of water a day and my sodium was moderate i could could cut out more. I plan to run another cycle for a short period of time consisting of tren ace and prop again and run a longer one closer to summer. My body does not require high amounts to gain, what is everyones thoughts on running low dosage again like 50mgs each every third day? or just every mon wed saturday.
        Im trying to find ways to put on a little more lean muscle, speed the metabolism durring the cold ass winter, and remain lean and working towards my summer goal. To give you results from my last 16 weeks cycle i went from 215 to 251 and put on an extreme amount of size, with that size was alot of water which came off, and cut my waist from a 36 to a size 34 being loose. Since coming off the cycle i have realized i want to be at a lean 190 for summer and have dropped to 218 currently while keeping a good amount of size. My serious goal is to be 190 and lean by summer 2010 and have been working on this goal very hard with diet and increasing cardio.
        Any other suggestions from everyone? also what supplements, fat burners, or natural thermos, does everyone think i should take to hit my goal? Right now i just run a daily multi vitamin, a shake when needed i try to get my nutrients from food, aminos, and some taurine. I dont use pre or post workouts shakes or supplements. Like i said i try to get all my nutrients, proteins, fats, etc from food.

          This is just my opinion but you need to look to diet instead of drugs or fat burners. I know shit about diet but the lil bit I learned has made some great changes in me. I would post up your diet and let some of the smart guys tweak it for you.

            get a proper shake in there. carbs, protein, creatine.

            p.s. you will get to 190 and say, "fuck i am skinny need to get bigger". if you were at 250lbs and were not really fay, you have no business going down to 190. you will loose an extreme amount of size to get there.

              yeah i was at ilke 16-18% at 250 i would guess. Putting on size for me is very easy for some reason but cutting is hard. My goal is long term bouncer. I want to cut almost all the fat thats in my belly area which kills me and worry about putting size on later. I dont wanna run alot of gear or high amounts so my plan is a realistic 2 year plan and the first step is to cut to about 190-200. The year after that i will work on adding a lean 20lbs to it. My diet def will be different this time around than last time since last time was more of a size building time period to get back from multiple motorcycle accident. This time around i have a different goal and will def adjust my diet to my goals.

                Try another AI like LETROZOLE or AROMASIN. Drink nmore H20 and keep diet super clean.

                  letro is very strong and will definitely dry you out.

                    I prefer aromasin for bloat and gyno issues, it has worked just as well as letro did, at least for me, and wasn't as harsh on my body.
