Maybe but I'm not so sure, think about it if you had a patient with problems in their digestion system, anabolics could well help reduce the effects, by effectively improving the rate that the nutrients from the food are pulled into the body. Thats exactly why they're given to people with wasting diseases.

However it would also be true to say that corticosteroids would most likely reduce inflamation of some digestive system problems so that could be a reason.
