i was looking at a cycle of sustanon. how long is a good cycle of this test. i was looking at a dose of around 250 a week and i was looking at a post cycle of nolvadex and proviron. how long do you nolvadex and proviron for. what kind of dose id good.

proviron is not used for post cycle. it will will keep you suppressed.

is this your first cycle? other wise i would run 500 mgs of sust every 7 days for 10-12 weeks.

If its your first cycle witch i think it is? I would suggest you to NOT use sustanon and look into test E or C much easyer to control your blood levels and usally cheaper anyways.

I agree with both these guys... 400mg - 500mg a week of test for 12 weeks is a good first cycle but if you are planning on only shooting once a week then you should definitely think about using test cyp or Enth instead of sust since it has short acting esters and should be shot at least twice a week but more like every other day... Also like bouncer said proviron is not for PCT, nolva is tho and should be run at 60mg for 5 days, 40mg for 3 weeks, and 20mg for 1 week or at least thats how I like to run it.

For your pct you should go with the clomid and nolva combo. And definitely go with a test only cycle if this is your first cycle. good luck
