Its true that Omnas and sust are made up of the exact same esters now... And they both have test undeclynate in them which is that extra long acting ester which is a bit longer then cyp or enth... And it can be shot twice a week with good results. The real bonus of usinig a blend is really just the kickstart you get... You can also achieve this using test prop as a kickstart with enth or cyp.
