since nolvadex isnt really an anti estrogen and it just blocks it at the recepters, that meens that it wont help prevent water retention right?

dex, letro, or stane are all great ai's to help with gyno prevention and reduce water retention.

          Eh?

Maybe I'm missing something, as a SERM it would still reduce those effects of estrogen by preventing some of the excess binding, ergo it will reduce the effects of excessive estrogen.. water retention and such like..!?

Its true to say i dex or stane would do a better job though

Nolva does very little for most people regarding water retention but it is still an anti-e and does have the proper effects to block some of your water retention.... How much would be dependent on you and your dose of nolva... arimidex is definitely is a better choice if looking to fight water retention

I think it does help some with water retention but nothing like the AI's such as ARIMIDEX,,LETROZOLE,,etc...

from everything i've heard nolva is pretty much useless for stripping water....
check your diet, i bet you can shed a good bit of it from diet and cardio

In the old days nolvadex especially combined with proviron worked quite well for hardness prior a contest.

I think liquidex or letro are the best for losing water weight imo.
