      well u guys are over my head with the IGF stuff i don't know what that is....

      but i'm gonna go with the test e at 500mg for a couple cycles... would i see a benefit of going to 750mg on the test e ?

        of course but dont jump up until your not growing from 500mgs,remember lets say you gain 15-20pounds your 1st cycle that doesnt mean your going to gain 20pounds on every cycle if that were the case everyone who juices would be 350pounds. Some cycles Ive gained 20pounds and some Ive gained 9pounds. When I started years ago I probably jumped up in doses too fast and now I run 1g-1500mgs of test when if I would have done it the right way I still would probably grow from 750mgs. IMO your on your 1st cycle @500mgs your 2nd still run 500mgs your 3rd maybe 500mgs of test still and add a 2nd compound like dbol for 4 weeks or deca for 10 weeks with the test . Your 4th cycle maybe just do test @750mgs,5th cycle 750mgs of test and add one compound and so on. Alot of guys get excited on their 1st cycle and start thing if their 1st cycle is so good then if they bump up doses then its got to be better but thats not the case always. Remember diet and rest are the most important factors in a cycle imo more important than training of course you have to train hard but the other 2 are keys. Relax and do it right you have plenty of time. What are your stats again age ,weight,bf% and how long have you been training.

          I agree that diet is going to be the key and not the drugs but if I had to pick something I would go with test prop - tren - winny

            i'm 29 y/o about 260 lbs around 23-24% bodyfat 6' tall, i've been serious about my training for about 8 months now.... but been in the gym for prob 2 yrs on and off.... the last 8 months i have been going religiously....

              yea since you have only been in the gym hitting it hard for 8months theres no need to jump heavy in to the gear part of it all,imo you'll grow the most you ever will when you 1st start hitting the gym consistantly and your rest and diet is on. I would stay where you are in doses and just stick with test alone for a while. Since your just really starting to workout you can gain so much from food and good old sleep. Your a big boy at 260 now and if I were you at 23-24% bf I would try and cut down still just useing test but just pay close attintion to food and cutting your cals. IMO I wouldnt bulk until your at 14-15%bf or lower.

                i am trying to keep all the muscle i have and gain some obviously but i'm not trying to bulk by no means... i want to put on lean gains.. best as possible... my diet is spot on any weight i'm gaining is just water and muscle..... i'm shooting for around 235 at 15% or so... but i'm not in a hurry or anything.... hopefully i can drop 9-10% bodyfat in 2010 that is my new years resolution anyways....

                    i have cut out all protein shakes.... i'm gonna try to replace them with food calories... after my workout i eat a chicken breast sandwich with wheat bread and mustard... i know i prob need the liquid whey but i'm eating my sandwich immediately after training and i'm getting it within the hour or so....

                    i am eating 6 meals a day "small meals" with about 50 grams of protein per meal.... approx 80 carbs per meal and loads of fiber via green leaf veg.."turnips, collards, spinach, or asparagus" anyhow...... hopefully this will work with me keeping lean muscle and loosing some fat at the same time....

                    i'm at 20 minuites of cardio every day currently..... so hopefully i can get that to 30-40 but for now i'm killing myself to get the 20 min

                      shakes arent bad I have 2 to 3 a day 1 for sure after I workout,but yes its best to get it all from food,also dont be scared of carbs,carbs are great just depends on when you eat them and what types they are. Make sure your water is also on point get a gallon a day in.

                        water intake should be good i'm hitting about 8 16.9 oz bottles at work in 8 hrs.... and i prob take in a good 40-60 oz at the gym and then another 40-60 oz while at home.... i do however wake up just about everynight with a dry mouth lol

                        several people have mentioned to me to squash the protein shakes and just get it from the food.... i am open to all suggestions though....
                        i think if i were gonna take one it would be immediately postworkout... but i'm eating as i get in my truck to leave the gym
                        i find that i do better when i get more carbs thru the day 'preworkout" and some good carbs following workout and then i pretty much cut the carbs til the morning.... i mean i have some vveggies with dinner and usually 1 cup of brown rice but i'm not eating til i'm full of brown rice....

                          i drink one post workout and b4 bed and if I wake up in the night which I tend to do every night to pee I pound a mrp that I make b4 bed and put in the fridge. Since doing that in the middle of the night I think its helped alot since I havent eatin in hours since Im sleeping. I drink whey pwo and casin protein at night which they say is better for b4 bed as its slower but I cant tell a difference

                            I have been hearing about a few people trying sarms and clen as a major shredding cycle. I think they could be a very good combination.

                              My buddie is on sarms now I dont know anything about them to be honest but would like to start researching them,I just feel like there is so many compounds out there and I just dont want to make my cycles more complicatied then they need to be Im mostly a test guy meaning to me I can do it all with just test pretty much

                                Your getting nearly 2000 kcals from carbs alone in your diet approx 1200 kcals from protein and who knows how much calories from fat? If you want to cut bf% imo you need to cut out some of the carbs.
