  • So where from here??

    Pretty much new to all this, I like to learn and I like to research everything myself, part of this involves the opinion of others educated in the field I'm researching!!
    Basically just about to come off 10 weeks of test enan at 500mg a week, ice had a pretty good cycle consisting it was my first, I've made some good gains, gone from 187lbs to 210... Happy!! But I realise I could have trained harder and could have eaten cleaner, we all learn from our mstakes, anyway I was basically wondering what you guys would consider doing next if you were in my shoes, my bodyfat is in the high teens now and although I wanted to continue to bulk I would like to stay leanr than I am, should I run my pct and then a few weeks later gradually drop my carbs to star shifting some fat?? Should I do a full on cut without gear? Full on cut with gear?? I hear good things about winny and even read on this forum today I could sort my diet out and cut with the same cycle I just use to bulk!! So mny options runninng through my head...

    Point me in the right direction??

    i try not to bulk unless my bf% is 14% or lower but I would do pct come off for 8-10 weeks then run test @500mgs again and just eat clean until then and when ur on next eat clean as well. You can cut fine with 500mgs of test. Like you said just get your training,diet and rest in order thats all you need.

      i dont like the idea of cutting when coming off gear. you just loose way to much. if you are gonna cut wait until you go back on.

        Run same cycle again. Eat every 3 hours and this time make it clean you will grow good and it will be lean mass.

        I agree with DFC take at least 8 weeks off

          Yeah that's exactly what I thought,
          I've slept on it again and I think I'm going to run superclean maintainence when I come off and during my pct, unless you guys reccomend different?? Do any of you guys cut you're carbs completely when cutting with gear? I've had good success cutting with low to no carb diets, but all my research into that never came across much to do with aas!

              Sorry, I mean by that a very clean diet at my maintainence calories for the weight I'm at when I come off, 40% cals from protein, 40% from carbs and 20% from fats

                When I come off of a cycle I tend to up my cals and train heavy as I can to try to maintain my new found gains.Ive found that if I keep my cals the same then I lose a bit more then when I up my cals I maintain more I still always loss some its impossible to keep it all or Id be 350 ripped lol

                      Yeah going to be running nolv for a pct

                      thanks for the advice on calories when coming off, I know I'm going to lose some of my gains but if eating above maintainenece and going heavy will reduce that then I will give it a try!!
