I was a bit nervous but desided on running it with my cycle. I started just a minute ago with 2 iu and Im going to add a unit everyday till I reach 10-15units. Im excited to see if I notice anything in my workout today but Im not sure if Id notice anything from only 2 iu's. I have my food planed to a T on what and when to eat and how much. Ill post all my experiences while Im running it to let everyone know how it effects meand what gains I get from it. I am going to watch my fat intake which has made me clean up my bulking diet and a bit worried from what Bouncer said about gaining fat. I took the shot sub q in my upper stomach it went fine it did sting a little bit which Im not sure if its like that every time. So Ill keep everyone posted on my journey.

I took humalog and if I train that late and long after my shot it should already be out of my system. I was just worried that if I took it after I train around 8-830pm and goto bed at 10 I thought that wouldnt be a good idea. Since Im running this now Ill start training like at 6am then take my shoot then. Does that sound better

I know one guy personally that used it and he said he felt full and pumped like he'd had a workout, but felt like that all the time. Ultimately though he didn't ascribe any improvement come competition time, if anything achieved better condition without. I appreciate people use it off season to get fuller/stronger and some use it pre contest to carb up.
Just too complicated for my meagre needs but I'm interested in how you find it so please yes keep us posted. Are you doing the GH/IGF with it also?

thanks Im gonna always have food on hand since starting this I have my regular cooler of my daily food and I have another little one with my slin foods in case i need something right away. Carbs,a soda,some candy and a few other things always will be on hand
