who here makes their own gear? And powder storage?

Im really leaning into making all my own gear that way I know whats in it and how good it is,the powders I get are on point so Im not worried about that. The ? I have is if I were ever to get caught some how would they charge me with something like Im running a lab or some trumped up shit? Ive seen where a guy gets caught with like 100 abombs and they say its like 2g worth street value cause they say each pill is like 20bucks on the black market lol. I just was wondering? Also if any one needs any recipes if Im allowed on the board I can post them all Ive got all different ways and everything if anyone needs the directions. Also does anyone know if powders go bad after a certain length of time if they are stored right???

To me powders are a no no. Bid difference between ordering a few bottles of test and ordering powders. Powders imply manufacturing. Any court would assume your intent was to manufacture and distribute.
