As I posted before this was my very first cycle ever....
So far so good... i'm hitting about 500mg a week right now....
getting good visible results so far muscles are looking aot more full during workouts.... not really any stronger i don't think... alot of people in the last week or so have been saying i'm looking good and shit...
but i can tell in the last week or so that its starting to just kick in... i'm expecting to get some strength gains pretty soon... seems like the good days in the gym are REALLY good and the bad days are REALLY bad... weight wise...
a friend who has the reputation of knowing a good bit about the juice said i should maybe go to 600-700mg range for the remaining 7 wks....
what yall think? more is'nt always better i know thanks
