question about lump in arm.....

monday morning i shot 550mg test enathate in my right shoulder for the first time... normally i hit in the quads.... i cleaned everything real well and all.... it got real red, swollen and real hot.... fastforward to today.... redness and heat have pretty much gone..... still got a lil swelling and i've noticed this solid lump at the bottom of the shoulder muscle where it goes into your tri/bi area on the arm.... feels like it's about 1/2" in diameter... anyhow i actually noticed the lump a couple days ago when i was feeling how hot it was....

anyone had something like this before?

Its pretty normal mate. Anyone who shoots on a regular basis for long enough is gona get this now and again.

yea your ok if it stayed hot and swole then get it checked out but you should be ok with it all i normally only shot 1ml in smaller muscles delt,calves,bi/tri,and traps. 2mls in lats,quads,and glutes
