    Hey bros-

    I've been seriously lifting now for five years. I've made great progress and gains naturally. I've stuck to the core basics- squats, deads, bench press, chin-up and rows &c and that's made all the difference, I think. I'm thirty-five years old, 5'11" and 185#. This last summer I really leaned down after doing a lot of biking in Chicago.

    I'm planning my first cycle for early winter, the classic d-bol/ test prop cycle for 10 to twelve weeks. My goal is to increase muscle mass 20 to 25 pounds. I can bump my weight up in the interim a lean ten pounds, I think. Ideally I'd like to hit 210-220.

    Here's what I'm planning to run:

    Weeks 1-4 25-30 mgs dbol.
    Weeks 1-10/12 400-500 mg test prop/ wk.

    What should my exact doses be for the d-bol and test prop?

    I'll also run clomid two weeks post cycle and have liquidex on hand for the nipples.

    Any advice on refining this cycle?

    I already have the d-bol. I was going to do this cycle last summer, but the test and clomid were seized.

    Following this cycle I'm considering a second cycle in the summer of Fina and test prop to lean down a bit. Any advice?

    Since this is going to be your first cycle you may want to think about a longer acting test. I am not saying that test prop is bad. I would just recommend something you wouldn't need to inject ed or eod. I think test enathate would work great for your first cycle.

    Weeks 1-4 25-30 mgs dbol.(ED)
    Weeks 1-10 500 mg test enat/ wk. (Monday/Thursday)

      4.6cobra is right IMO,I would go with cyp or enathate + prop normally hurts and pain and ed shots for a 1st cycle is a bitch

            well what kind of prop are you using and how many injection sites are you willing to use? that is usually the main sticking point in prop cycles. you need to give the sites time to heal. prop should be EOD so sun, tues, thurs. sat. 100 mg/day that will give you 400 then the next week will be mon, wed, fri. shoot 125 per shot that will give you 375 (not exact but close). you will need about 8 sites IMO. glutes, delts, legs, and triceps are all easy.

              They are right on the money. Prop is good for tested athletes as it clears in about 4 weeks

                Longer acting test is always better for a first-- What I usually recommend for a first cycle to put on mass would be Omnidren and Dbol-- you will put on some water but its really good for putting on the pounds.
                But anyways, I'm with everyone else-- longer acting test might be better

                    Like everyone said, prop is a pain to be doing for a beginner. But if you can put up with it, go for it. If you rotate delts and bis, it will give you plenty of healing time between injections.
                    This is a thought for you for your post cycle. It comes from a buddy of mine, Phreezer, at another board I post at.
                    Standard Recovery cycle.

                    HCG: 1000IU’s For Ten days. Starting one day after last injection.
                    Clomid: Starting on the last day of The HCG.
                    Day 1: 150mg
                    Day 2-8: 100mg ED
                    Day 9-16: 50mg ED
                    Day 17-24: 50mg EOD
                    NOLVADEX: 20mg ED Starting and Ending on the same day As the HCG.
                    If you are pron to gyno, or are having Itchy Nipples, painful nipples or lumps in your nipples. Administer 40mg-80mg ED For Two weeks.
                    Nolvadex is also something you can take throughout your entire cycle. You might try
                    10mg ED (1/2 tab). It will reduce water retention and help keep you from getting gyno.

                      Ok dharmakarma-- omnidren 250 is a blend kinda like sustanon-- it contains : 30 MG Testoterone proponate, 60 MG testosterone phenylpropionate, 60MG testoserone isohexanoate and 100 MG testosterone hexanoate

                      I really like it -- its one of my favorites-- I 've only seen the in 1ml ampules up here and if this is your first cycle you could use 1 or 2 ampules a week with some Dbol and get good results-- Its not alot of test per week but it sure works good-- years ago that was my first cycle and I put on a little over 20 lbs and alot of it stayed and I only used 1 ampule a week with 30 mg of dbol-- even when I was done it seemed to stay in my system for over a month after-- I got some water retention, no acne,no gyno or any other sides. You will definatly bulk up on it-- I found that it works better than test alone if you were to use an equal amount (250mg) per week. Its not too expensive either-- For a beginner 1 ampule a week with dbol and your off to the races.
