Hey Everybody ..... first time here and need some help. I have done some stuff before , sust , deca , aquatest ... the problem is when i may have lost a lil weight and got my lifts up , i never stuck with it. I have also got all my weight back from laying around the fire station and not working out. But ..... I have steped up to the plate and ready to get the fat off and shred down. This is what i have just got in , : 2 x 10 ml winny , 2 x 10 ml sust , 1x 50 Anavar , and i have about 15 ml of Aquatest left over ...... im about 6 ft tall , weigh 265 and say that im about 28 % body fat according to last check at gym , i have not been working out for a while and just started walking/running and using wifes spinning bike , I wanted to let you know everything going on and hope to here some great cycles that will help me drop fat and add more muscle.
