Been lifting for years, basically trying to tone up a bit (get to about 10%bf) and still gain some muscle

PM me the website there are 2 out there they both claim to be the real one. But after a long time of research I have the real one per say. I actually dont think either has real Gh if so it is underdosed but at least you wont get totaly jacked. That being said I never used it cuzz I just dont trust it or generic any more.

you can add any amount of water you like but in 8 iu vials I would add in .8 ml from a 1ml slin pin so every 10 on the pin would be 1 iu
4 ius is a good start but 5 days a week and only 4 months. There is a line I remember clear as day about GH. If you cant afford to do it right dont waste you money at all cuz you will be disapointed.
No way any site will sell you 1 vial be sides one vial wouldnt be enough to know if it was real or not. I would know but it would take 2 or 3 vials ,lol.
25yrs old no need for the shit anyways invest in a good diet maybe even hire someone to set up a perfect diet just for you. GH from china is dead bro get USA or dont waste your cash.
