    Hello Superiormuscled fellas
    I'm starting my 1 ever cycle after a long lasting battle with myself. I am 32 and a serious trained guy. I've been lifting since 16 but because of living in an ex dictatorship country we didn't have much to eat and read about bodybuilding.It was forbiden to make this sport & read about it(was called "capitalist" sport)
    My question is: I wanna run test 500mg 12 weeks & dbol 30 for 4 first weeks.
    somebody said to use also arimidex near the end of cycle
    in order to loose some of the fat added and be more shredded.
    To be totally honest I had my fist injection 5 days ago.
    I have been always strict on natural Bbuilding but needed change. I wanna try making only this cycle.
    Is this cycle ok? What should I add in the end of this cycle to be loose fat?

    500mgs of test for 12 weeks and dbol for the first 4 weeks is a fine cycle.

    keep your diet clean and you shouldn't gain much fat.

    i would run nolvadex 3 weeks after your last shot of test. run it for a month at 30mgs. Tamoxifen 50mL 20mg/mL

      Thnx a lot bro. It really helps me. I live in Albania. I'm 1,76cm weigh 82 kg 13% bf.
      What weight do u think I'll gain after this cycle and what should I do to be lean
      1) get some winstrol or
      2) add cardio and stick to natural diet &training?

        no need for winstrol or anything other then dbol and test.

        if your diet is clean, foods like chicken and rice, lean beef, oats etc.. you wont gain fat.

        you should gain a good 10-20lbs.

          My diet is like this:
          8 30 - am 7egg whites+2 yolks mixed with 50gr oatmeal (1 fish oil, 1 multivit, 1 vitc 500mg)
          10 30- 1 scoop whey protein + apples or 1 banana
          13 00- 200 gr red meat + some vegetables( 1 fish oil)
          16 00- 1 protein bar or 1 scoop whey + slice bread peanut butter
          18 30- preworkout BCAA+5gr glutamine, 3 gr Storm Creatine, 20gr dextrose)
          20 30- after workout 2 scoop whey,BCAA+5gr glutamine, 3 gr Storm Creatine, 40gr dextrose
          21 30- 300gr red meat (or 220gr salmon 2/week)
          My question is:
          1) Should I add sth else to my diet because this is my 2nd week of my very 1st cycle or should I continue like this?
          My goal is to add from 82 kg with 14% bf to 87 % with 8-9% bf.
          2) Is my goal realistic for this cycle?

            4 of your meals are supplement form, try to get more real food and less protein powders etc..

            i dont know what kg converts too bro. i only know lbs. you should expect 10-15lbs

                Today I met a friend of mine who is a pro bb competitor in IFBB.
                When I showed him my cycle( it's my 1 cycle and posted above), he said I'm crazy.

                As a begginer I should use 200 & 250 mg of test and 5mg of dbol.

                Now that I had my 1 shot last week of 500 I should continue 2 other wk like this than lowering to 200 for 3 wk increasing 250 * 3 than lowering the last 3 weeks per 200mg.

                He said that he has never taken more than 8mg of dbol/day.

                What do you think guys should I change like this cause it makes sense also with an article of The Bouncer for low dosage of test.

                  From experience I don't think the low dose cycles are very good 200-250. Stick with 500
