after 2 days you just lost 30mgs after 4 days you just lost 60 mgs more I know the other 160 are still there. then after 7 days start all over. talk about a roller coaster.
to get 100% use outta sust it has to be takin ever 2 days. if you took it 2 times per week I am sure no one would notice the difference but it wont be 100%
1 time per week just dont make sence to me blood levels would be all over.

For some reason people think that muscle building potential is determined by having stable levels of the hormone. It makes no difference to the end result, all your dong is building more scar tissue. I'm still trying to find some other studies on this.

Ok so i email a friend of mine who is a scientist and knows alot about this particular field. This was his reply.

Its an age old debate in regards to the administration of sustanon 250. Since its made up of 2 short esters , one medium and one long ester. which method is correct ? All of them are .The only difference will be how quick you want the exogenous test levels to reach their maximum. The easiest and most effective way to do this is by administering a dose of sustanon EOD.This reason behind this is because we are using the active half life of prop and phenlypropionate ( 4.5 days ) as our guide lines. Don't forget that sustanon 250 contain test decanoate which is a fairly slow acting ester.Each injection will cause a slow build up of this ester . Sustanon just like primoteston depot only contains 175mg / ml of testosterone due to the weight of each ester that has been attached to the testosterone molecule Hope this helps

i would say sust every 5-7 days will be just find.

sure, its not as optimal as something like cyp or enath but it will do the job.

Ya I've been hearing that lots, i think my next cycle will definately be 1 of those 2, I've had this sust for awhile now, way before I started researching and asking questions, otherwise I would have went with something like that in the begining...As long as it does the job I'm Happy! lol

never did the math on it, im not a fan of sust. but all steroids are lss than they say due to esters. execpt suspension its dead on.
I posted the actual amounts of the different esters before not sure where it is.

if I remember correct test prop at 100mgs is 83 or 87 mgs of actual test

I beliebe prop is 87 bro and you are absolutely correct... The longer esters have less actual active compound in them
