I always wondered that when I got a shot they never aspirated .. but then again I'm better at giving shots then 90% of nurses and doctors, they can make a flu shot turn into a lump I swear.

when I heard this I questioned it but didnt get an answer except it is not necessary anymore for a second time...and this was during a certification course
