forget slin , no need to use that unless you absolutely need every last " on your body - and unless you compete at high levels, you don't need that.
That being said - it's pretty damn basic, I can't see how people screw it up - most comon problem I see w/slin is people eating foods w/sat fats 4-6 hours post pin - i dont know why the even bother !! "Lets shuttle nutrients, like sat fats, hell yeah bro!"
