  • Time for Second Cycle

    What is up my SM brethren.

    So i finished my first cycle (400mg/wk for 14 Test E) early February. Impressive gains, in weight and in weights. 25lbs at my heaviest point. Unfortunately months after PCT i have lost a lot of my gains. However, im ready to go back on. I have given some thought to trying out a second compound, perhaps a deca or a tren maybe EQ, but i think im gonna play it easy and go a second time test only. same dosage and rock a super lean diet. Just get shredded. You guys feel free to convince me otherwise!

    no need you are right on point! same cycle will get you results again. I might suggest HCG durring your cycle if you are gonna stay on same time. Usally I only say HCG if its 16 weeks or plus but since you lost alot of gains you might have been shut down bad?
    what did your PCT look like? Did youy slack off diet and training after cycle? be honest,lol.

        PCt was Nolva only 40/20/20/20.
        I came off just in time to go for a nice long cruise from Florida-Mexico-Belize for 7 days.
        So i definitely slacked for about a month..... I am definitely considering running HCG this cycle. Sounds like a lot PRO's(think peter north LOL) and not alot of CON's.

          As always good advice, in addition post cycle your diet becomes even more important as does proper training.

            Agreed. What i forgot to mention that i did hold some weight for a while while i was still jamming the calories in me. But with summer quickly approaching i decided to cut a lot of my carb consumption. That, and i got sick of eating so friggen much. Cant have it both ways i guess.

            I defintely tapered off the weights quite a bit as coming near the end of my cycle i found my body to be getting sore from all the power lifting. Upped my cardio and did less training days a week.

              I agree that your loss of gains probably has a lot to do with the slack off after your cycle... definitely training and diet are extra important when coming off....

              I also agree that you are on point with what you are thinking of running... Test only again is a great idea.
