    So ill giv ya some stats

    23
    190lbs
    16%bf
    5,10"
    I lift pretty good amounts and been workin out almost 2 years HARDCORE style and eating strict for 3 years

    used to work out alot couple years ago on and off but had busy sched

    So i been on fence about gear, alot of people around me do it but i never wanted the health risks, but i want the body i deserve and have been suffering so long and its been great progress but i wanna take it to the next level and see if i can get my motivation back.

    I read up alot on tren and test and decided to stack them together, this is my first cycle , altho when i was cutting ive takin alot of clen, and m1ts when i was 17 which were garbage.

    This is my plan, im 2 weeks in and starting to get used to the sleeping probs, so far no rage, altho im hot blooded as it is lol.

    My Plan:

    weeks 1-16 tren ace 1cc every sec day
    weeks 2-16? test cyp 1cc twice a week
    last 4 weeks winny tabs 60mg a day

    pct nolva



    I originally was just gunna do tren but my buddy gave me a bottle of test cyp and a bottle of winny tabs cus he went to jail so i decided might aswell work it in there.

    I am thinking of using the winny at the end to cut what fat i got left, im mainly tyin to cut fat and put on some lean muscle, my goal is 200 lbs 5-6%bf.

    Any help or ideas would be much appreciated, thanks alot, please dont flame me for being noob. lol

    Few things,

    1.) Im not so sure you have been eating strict if your bodyfat is 16%. Define Strict.

    2.) You are lucky that you decided to run the test along with the tren. Tren alone is a huge no no. You would have gotten terrible terrible sides.

    3.) i think tren is way to strong for a first cycle but since you have already started i wont say anymore.

    4.) and this is the biggest issue i see with your thinking. you seem to look at steroids for "cutting". the bottom line to getting "cut" is eating less calories then you are burning. if you are eating more cals then you are burning steroids will not "cut" you up. ITS ALL ABOUT DIET. in terms of fat loss diet is everything, steroids have little effect.

        Thanks rocket and bouncer, this is why i joined this forum, cus i seen you guys give so much good advice.

        Bouncer, i had a body fat percentage of 43% and was 245 about 2 years ago before i got back into working out, i shoudl post some pics of what i looked like its hilarious and me now. Also the 16% is not that bad on me cus i almost got abs all the time, i just am built wider and got wider shoulders and really built legs naturally.

        so i read thru them and picked up on sum stuff...

        I should post my diet and see if its in line with cuttin my fat and bulking some lean mass over these next weeks...

        so i workout 5 times a week rest and or do cardio the others and do 15-20 mins of cardio a day.


        wake up 6am, shake with berries, nuts protien, soy milk, skim milk and 2 slices of brown bread
        9am brown spahgetti with tomato sauce
        11 am protein shake 50g with broccolli cauliflower and carrots and spinach
        1pm oatmeal plain with half tsp of brown sugar
        33pm yogurt with granola <pre workout>
        4pm-530 at gym
        530 - amino acids / anabolic window
        6pm get home weight gainer <isogainer by nutrabolic>
        730pm broccoli cauliflower and carrots with hummis
        9pm proitein shake 50g and in bed


        lemm know if i shoudl tweek this a bit i had less carbs before but i work in a machine shop and i get drained from work man handling car and truck wheels around so i found im at just enough carbs i can go to the gym and have enery rather than be yawning thanks

          diet isnt so great bro in terms of a muscle building diet.

          are you vegetarian? i see no chicken, fish, or beef at all.

          need to get real food protein sources in there. each meal should have protein. not soy protein but real protein.

          get rid of the amino acids post work out and have a protein shake with carbs. get rid of the weight gainer shake as it is packed with to many cals and will just add fat.

            take out the soy milk, skim milk, amino acids, and weight gainer. You don't need them.

            Add in eggs, fish, steak, chicken, and turkey.

            Your diet needs a little work. Relying on protein shakes for your major source of proteins is not remotely healthy. Whole foods are the way to go with 1-2 shakes a day added in

              I think that 16 weeks of TREN ACE is too long of a run
              and if this is your 1st cycle,,TREN is not the best option
              for you.

                I forgot to add earlier today that i decided its best to run tren a for first 10 weeks then test cyp which i started 2 weeks in <now 2.5 weeks in > till the 12 week mark which is 2 weeks past tren a and the last 30 days winny? what do you guys think more stable? also nolva and igf i can get hcg shots imma do them, i just got a quote for a vial and it was $180 ouch, so imma shop around is that high? ?

                  nah im not vegetarian, i just cut out meat for shakes when i started my cycle because i figured i can get more protein in me efficiently.

                  this is how it is now what do you suggest i switch up i want to bun fat and build muscle i need help getting my timing down for what i need and when i need it . I work in a machine shop so i need energy for gym after work, thanks

                  im readin up the sticky on how to structure the bodybuilding diet i will go shopping tommorow and change up soem food

                    First off tren at 16 weeks is to long,second u said your worried about health risks,if u dont abuse AS u have nothing to worry about,alcohol and cigarettes are worse for u,the number one killer of human beings is alcohol and cigarettes.for first cycle just go with test, Equpoise cause its good for collagen synthesis which will help your tendons and winny for cutting but your diet must be on point.

                      Ok i go to clarify on this, i do not mean that i used to worry about side effect like me roid raging or night sweats, i was just thinkin of long term probs liek my buddies have where they got injuries from going to hard for years, or joints messed up from abuse, being sterile, ect ect

                      but now fuck it i just wanna do liek 3 cycles to get where i want to be and see from there. As long as i eat healthy and try and maintain my pct i thin ki can minamize effects. I just got to stay away from liqor, blow and e lol.

                        if i were you id put as on the back burner, clean your diet up and train like a animal. dieting clean will greatly help, then if your still looking to up the ante look towards clen, and i'd certainly advise not to do tren on your first cycle. but hey just my opinion

                          thanks but ive been dieting and working out hard for almost 2 years and i am already on it and doing it so its too late there. i went from 245 lbs 43% bf i think it was to 180 lbs 14%bf about 2 months ago then i bulked and bulked cus i thought i was looking too skinny and now im 197 lbs about 15-16% bf i got to do a recent body comp.

                          I managed to burn the fat off me and keep all my muscle and ive been replacing it with new muscle as i burn fat.
