Deca and win

It's been awhile since I have done a cycle, and I just picked up 2 bottles of Deca 300mg/ml- 10ml per bottle, and 2 bottles of Win 25mg/capsule - 100 capsules per bottle. Any body have recomendations how to cycle them.
Any help would be apprecated.

pick up a few bottles of test and run that with the deca an winny.

a cycle without test is not a good cycle.

the deca and winny will shut down your natural test levels and you will be taking nothing to replace the test.

aka.. low test levels and all the sides that go along with that.

I agree with bouncer, test should be the base of any cycle without a doubt.

How many cycles have you done... Get some test and run just the test and deca maybe if you haven't run many cycles before...

Keep this in mind,whatever cycle u take u must take test with it.
test 600mgs week
deca 450mgs week
winny 50 mgs ed
