bruising around injection site?

I just injected in my glute yesterday and when i did it hurt more than usual, and today, there is a circular bruise around the injection site and its red in the middle. Ive been pinning myself for years and ive never gotten that before. This is nothing to be concerned about though right? anyone else ever get this?

You probably just knicked a blood vessel.
