  • BP when you're on

Where do you fellas stand on compared to off ?

My BP is high to begin with - gear racks it up a good notch so I'm curious what you guys are living with on a day to day basis. Please mention if you are taking ecas / clen / cyto - etc you get the point.

I think the main concern with high Bp is if it stays that way for long periods of time.

i went to my college dentist and before they did anything the took my bp and at the time i was on bd andropen and the assistant called the instructor over and asked all kinds of questions about what "meds" i was on, i told them creatine and multi vitamins and normally ran a high bp

150/100 is pretty high you should be controlling you diet and cardio a bit more if that is what your running...running test-deca-eca I run a bp of 125/80 but im some sort of freak because that is my normal bp too, takes my body about a week or 2 to adjust to the supplements but my bp normalizes itself

how long you do cardio for and how many times a week....what is your usual heartrate and at what intensity?...and I know you know your shit but whats your diet like cuz there probably is sodium unaccounted for if you say your diet is clean...

45 min am / pm - it's always on fat burn - so intervals often inclining and changing speeds. Don't have a heart rate monitor on the equipment unless you grab those handles on the side and then it takes away from the actually exercise.

diet - im keeping a log in nutrition , i will update for the whole day at the end of today - I never add salt on anything - but I have been keeping an eye on it - other thing that has helped was quitting smoking , I'm sure next time I check my BP it will be better - last trip to docs I was still puffing those pieces of shit down.

Probably the cigs. I think they say it takes around 3 months after you quit for ur BP to drop. I checked mine today right after working out and i was 140/70 100bpm.
checked it again 10 mins later i was down to 117/70.
When i smoked i was in the 130/70-80 region.
Do you stress and get nervous when you get yours tested? I know i do, third time is usually a charm and i get to where i want to be... the edge wears off a bit i guess. good luck with it though man!

150/100 is too high. You may need some meds or some OTC supps like hawthorne berry and garlic.

I'm gonna have the doc take a look anyway - reason i haven't done shit is cuz my BP is fine off gear - it's certain gear esp, but all in all yeah - time to get something to make sure nothing goes too astray with my ticker. Alin - hawthorne and garlic , what about stuff like CoQ10 ? I sold shit tons of that at vitamin world to people w/heart conditions and I don't know a damn thing about it lol.

Mine gets jacked up when I am on... more so when I am using something like anadrol but if I come off or go to a light dose of test for a cruise it usually goes back to normal
