  • beginner cycle advice

I need some advice on a cycle I'm planning. Before i do here's my stats. I'm 23 years old and have been working out for 5 years solid. I've been on strict diet for about 3 maybe 4 years. I'm 5'9 and weigh 150 pounds. I've always been a pretty lean kid so I know im atleast down to 7% BF. So the cycle.... 350mg/week/8 weeks of Cypionate. Nearing the end of the cycle 20mg/day of Nolvadex, if this is correct as far as the nolvadex goes then how long should I take it. Im also in need to know how anyone thinks arimidex compares to nolvadex.
The advice will be greatly appreciated. I also would like to say this forum is a great source of info for beginners and pros.

test cycle could have been longer. 10-12 weeks.

nolvadex is to be used 3 weeks after last shot of test at 40mgs per day for a month then 20mgs for a month. thats how i do it.

I always use arimidex during cycles to keep down any bloat, nolva i've only used PCT.

How were the gains for you , kinda low short dose of test , work out well ?

correction - only have used during cycles - not always, I haven't been using it on this run thru - no need.
