Saw Palmetto or Nettle Root

Anyone use either of these while running a cycle to block DHT and prevent hair loss?

I have taken saw palmetto before when I noticed I was losing hair while on and it seemed like it helped but I'm not really sure. What are your thoughts?

Nizoral shampoo 2% will work far better then either one of those.

Saw palmetto does nothing to prevent hair loss as it hasn't any effect on DHT but rather has anti inflammatory effect on prostate tissue. I don't know about nettle root.

Ive never had good results with saw palmetto for anything. Just the opposite. I have used different brands,,different dosage regimens and EVERYTIME I end up getting sore nipples.
