i've tried it all with dbol.
take them all in the AM.
split throughout the day.
weekends off.
10mg on not workout days
as you know already you can either take them all at once or split through out the day.i have to say I take 1 when I wake and the other 2 an hour or so pre workout i felt like a beast in the gym. I will continue to do it this way.
30mg split thoughout the day
10mg or none on days off.
