Lose the arim unless you really have a reason to worry about holding a little water... Keep nolva on hand if your worried about possible gyno but don't use it unless you get signs of gyno...
    Alright, Do you mean add another 500mg of test a week or add the dbol? I dont think I need to worry about the gyno I never had any issues with water retension last cycle. Thanks

      no, he does not mean to add another 500mgs on top of the 500 you are going to do. lol.

      he means, your first cycle was 350mgs of test per week. for this second cycle use 500mgs a week.

        Oh lol ok...My first cycle was actually 500mg/week of test..The test was sust 350, I shot .75 mls/twice a week, which put me around 525mg or so.
