  • Taking some time off

Time for a break - I get carried away with my cycles - I have a brutally addictive personality - if something feels good more is always what I pursue ... it's been my downfall with rec drugs and I'm taking advice from those I respect and coming off for a bit - I'll be running (ironically) sarms s4 and trying this gh - I have two more shots of my cyp / tren e combo - should I mix the hcg at this point or what do you all recommend pct ? I've been on a bit - so I'm gonna give my body a break , I wasn't going to come off test at all but the fact of it is the car hitting me has left my body broken down, I haven't been able to train for awhile now and that has really depressed me and now I'm just trying to do the sensible thing - get my head back together under no influences except my own mind. This is a tough call for me but I know that the 10 people or so I've talked to about this have all said the same thing, so I will respect that and accept I'm 24 I do not know it all nor do I want to be that stubborn bastard who comes across as a know it all punk.

I will come off for a month or so - that's more than I would prefer and less than I probably should. If I could train right now then I would probably not bother coming off at all - so being humbled by the hit and run I went through has taught me that no matter what you can plan meals, plan cycles, but you cannot plan life - it's going to constantly beat you down and use you if you allow it to - this time I draw the line for my mind and body's sake.

Good call brother, yeah some say start the hcg 3 weeks after your last shot of test cyp (assuming you haven't been doing hcg right through) but I say start it with your last shot of test and run it three weeks so that as the cyp drops right off your balls are producing test. There is still gonna be a drop after the effects of the hcg wear off but by then they are at lease responsive, from there its all about getting your own LH production going with nolva/clomid, which will in turn once up and running stimulate the testes. 4 weeks is too short dude, you need longer, you been runin tren bro

I'm glad youre taking some time off but I think 1 month is way too short. How long have you been on. Im sure we all love the feeling of being "on". My new cycle hasnt even kicked on yet and I'm loving just the dbol. You have to realize though that theres more to life than steroids and the gym and getting big. Youre only 24 and you have a lot of years left. You dont want to struggle in those upcoming years because you overdid it in your 20's.

Also AoW, with the SARMS s4 the study showed that in a 200lb guy optimal benefits without suppression were achieved at 36mg. I'm just making the point that at higher dosages supression can occur and presumably you'd like to avoid this hence why your coming off.

thanks fellas - I appreciate the input - I will take a little more time off - I'm keeping fingers crossed that the HGH is solid enough - but regardless - HCG and sarms s4 (my favorite pct compound lol) should be good.Taking a couple months sounds good - and i will be using S4 the entire time off - I really want to work it into a cycle that would maximize it's affectiveness - if you have run s4 with gear please input would be appreciated. I've had a few solid runs under multiple situations and I personally respond quite well to the stuff - always advocating it.

I should be able to tell easily enough - I've never been shut down by it - so we will see. If I have to adjust the dose, well that's fine - since I will be off for a lot longer than I want too :P

Shib - as in how long have I been on ? Or what will day one be for me as far as having my last shots wear off ? And starting with the sarms , etc ? (gh already in the mix , just not sure the bluetopps will be legit *crosses fingers* !)

Sometimes a nice break will do more good than you can imagine. I bet you will suprised how good you look a few weeks after the layoff,,when your fully recuperated.

Thanks bro - I over do everything that seems good - agreed - but when I compare my quality of life when I look at being dedicated in the gym and life , as opposed to just running streets making the same money thatwill never get me anywhere and inevitably wind up putting me in a fucking cell ... the choice is obvious to me. And the gear is almost my anti drug , I used before I went down the windy road of rec drugs - so going back on was a no brainer - ask bouncer , he knows how much time i took naturally and what I did to get my shit back before jumping on - I feel like those dues were payed so now it's learning how to be responsible with the sauce my dude :weights:

Dude you should read coming back stronger by drew brees. It gets a little too much into god from time to time but the overall message of the book is great. Honestly the first book I've read cover to cover since b4 jr. High
