also can you just stop using if you notice bad side effects? or do you have to come off it slowly?

ok after some research i have decided to use novla as a pct at 30mgs for one month two weeks after cycle ends. also i have been thinking of going with sust 500mgs for 6- 8 weeks. is this sound good? also some one mentioned not to use winstrol in my cycle but i after reading about it i think it would be good for the fact that it helps off set the side effects of sust. so i was thinking 35mgs per day but my question is do i start both at the same time cuz i found a cycle that said to use winst after 3 or 4 weeks into the cycle? and i just have no idea. any help is appreciated thanks.

Bro did you even read the side effects of winny? If you didn't check out the link below. As a guy who has bunch of broken bones winny is the last actually not even the last drug you should be taking.

This is gonna be your first cycle so don't worry about mixing drugs to off set the side effects of the other one.

you do not want winny in this cycle you want just your test. you are a first timer keep it simple.

bro, you shouldn't be running anything. you dont know what your doing at all. do some research meanwhile get back to the gym clean up your diet and training. you'll probably reach your goals "natural." sorry. its not a miracle drug you have to work hard.

this is my research :) i have not purchased anything yet and i am tring to find out how to use it properly and what to use... before i go blindly injecting myself with something a stranger hands me...
and trust me i am well aware of how hard i have to work out to get results considering it took me over a year after the accident just to be able to walk again. i have come a long way and still have further to go.. im not the type to say im crippled and sit on my couch all day because of it. so if you can help i appreciate any advice on work out regiment, diet during the cycle, length of first cycle and what to use. anything else please keep to yourself thanks.

as for the cycle - like theo thers have said, test only first cycle keep it simple. You're gonna get some opinions worded one way or another - keep a thick skin - remember everyone thinks they are a badass online lol.
for diet - what's it look like currently ? Lets go from there. Thanks for reminding me im starving :D:weights::weights:

well right now i am keeping to about 2000 calories i eat about 3 or 4 times a day . i know i will need to be at 3000+ when on the cycle i was considering using one of the shakes that help with putting on weight for muscle, cuz other wise i don't think i would be able to or know what to eat to be eatting right for muscle building. some one said to eat carbs before a work out and protine after how true is that? how much should i eat before i work out? and after? and what of days off?

ok also i m not sure i understand what wint is, i get that sust is test but then what is wint and what is the purpose for taking it. i am ok with just tryin sust for my fist cycle and now i have amended my cycle for sust for 12 weeks at 500 mg week.

post workout - you want some say dextrose , and protein shake - then next meal should have solid carbs and protein like steak and sweet potatoes.

ok so now as my knowlage grows i am learning about cutting. and i am wondering how does that work and what are some good cycles for it and what would you use for it? and how long after your test cycle would you use it if any? or should u do that first and then do a test cycle?

Well general rule of thumb is take at least as much time off between cycles as how long you ran - so you are on for 4 months, take 4 months off. Stick with the test for now - you can cut amazingly on just test - it's just a matter of how you eat.
