B, your thread is great! I wasn't able to get additional GH, so I have some GHRP-2 on order. When I was on the gh I noticed a lot of water retention (that was with avoiding salt intake in any form), but I guess we all react differently to different things. Are you having the a lot of water retention or is it controlled well with diet? Thanks.

When I hold water I hold it in my muscles, not really under the skin. I see results in the first 2 weeks. I get tighter and look fuller that fast. I also take 4-6ius per day everyday. but you are correct in the 3-4 month is when it really starts to shead fat and change the shapeOriginally posted by THE BOUNCER View Postyea bro, you wont see much from HGH for at least 3-4 months
you can stay on GH for just over a year then I would take some time off 2 months is good. I have used it for 2 years straight and it started to fade at about 14 months I just keep on it just cuz.

Damn I wanna start my GHRP so bad but I am still in post fight depression. Eatting like shit and only working out 2 sometimes 3 times a week. I was 230 ripped for my fight 6-7 weeks ago I am now 250 and I have not worked out for real so you know that 20lbs aint muscle,lol

So what is everyone's times to take the dose of ghrp-2; 100-150 mcg in the morning and 100-150mcg at night, or a split of 100 mcg morn, 100 mcg post workout, and 100 mcg night; i am thinking the second option would keep everything to tight together, and ou would loose the effect.. so take after workout; wait 30 mins consume protein shake; then wait half hour and eat meal containing no fats?
Can u eat any fats while you are on this stuff? because after BS suggested a cheat meal everyday for bulking I have been adding on the good lbs. my cheat meals are usually cheese burgers, or steak and cheese grinders; things of that nature not anything ridiculous.

you have to remember that scott was on every steroid, hormone, and peptide imaginable, he is also a solid 300lbs. what works for him will not work for you.
and yes, with GHRP for me at least, high protein, high carb, low fat diet has worked amazing. very full muscles.

No he never said he was doing a cheat meal everyday; he recommended it for guys he trained with that where hard gainers; and they responded well to it; the diet I posted a little while ago was causing me to lose weight, and I was not even doing cardio; my metabolism is scary fast. you wont loose muscle if you are eating enough protein and carbs.
i have a big bowl of oatmeal and raisens right before bed. wake up to muscles full as fuck. doesnt make me store fat at all cause i am eating very little fat.
