Just a little update to something I have just noticed.

My nails are growing faster then what is normal. Usually I cut my nails every 2 weeks. I have had to cut my nails once a week for the last 2 weeks.

What that says exactly I cant be sure but I can only assume it has something to do with higher gh levels.

lol, Ya IGF will make you leaner and feel like you are fuller. but it wont have any of the other benefits B posted that comes from GH.

well all i can say is give GHRP a try if you want.

start with 100mcg in the morning and a 100mcg at night.

ghrp-6 is much cheaper then igf so it cant hurt to try. GHRP-6 5mg

I'm not seeing why I would take it over igf which is simpler and leaves me feeling full and tighter all day. But I could see incorporating it of course.

well because it has certain benefits over time as it increases GH levels.

sense of well being, skin, hair, nail, joint rejuvenation, fat loss, muscle gain etc..

to me GHRP feels like slin.

you take a shot and get hungry and sort of hypo feeling. you eat a meal and your muscles just look and feel full all the time.

My lil boy is growing up , peptides and weddings. Your around my age range B, so I'm gonna assume that your natural GH levels are similar enough to say this is not a waste of money so far ? Or is the cash stacking up to the point where say IGF is a better buy as it's a legal option as well.

i would say from my short time using GHRP that it is worth it.

you just have to watch what you eat. this shit makes you want to eat. keep your meals clean and your body will look full and tight.

protein and carbs with low fat is what has worked best for me. keep my muscles full and hard.
