  • Something else that I just sort of realized, the last few days I felt a bit down and tired.

      I also feel a lil depressed i think cuz it gets darker real early. Or maybe that I am not gonna fight anyore? not sure but i dont feel normal thats for sure.

          Motivation becomes a major factor when your our age plus. You know what to do but you need to feel the urge to do it. It sounds like you kind of waiting to get really pissed off with yourself.

          You did the fight thing bro and had a little success, thats more than I ever did. You understand about MMA now having experienced it and thats really cool. Time to move on as I don't wanna see you turn into a Baroni Baloni and your daughter don't want a punch drunk dad.

          I hear you on the dark nights thing it gets me too, seems to sap your energy. You can get those happy lights for that you know?

          Excercise does work if you can get yourself down the end of your garden. Perhaps to get you started go to a gym with other people in and maybe some nice ass females.:thumup:

              • One thing Rocket, I haven't used AAS since July and although I'm not in great shape I feel pretty good using GHRP 2 and SARMS S4. It genuinely has made a big difference. Your hormone levels are probably still depressed and your no spring chicken like me.

                The S4 def makes me more alert, increased libido and doesn't appear to have inhibited my testes, I mean not at all, in fact they've grown!

                The GHRP 2 also helps my sleep and makes me feel a little pumped if I eat well and keeps me a little leaner.

                Get on the GHRP for health reasons alone bro! a couple extra genuine IU's of GH a day will make a big difference I assure you wether training or not, for health bro!

                  I am afraid to use the GHRP right now my diet is shit and I need to get back to normal eatting before I go on the GHRP.

                              did you ever find out if it mattered to take it right after workout. You were saying you were gonna take it at night instead?

                              I plan to do first thing in AM then either after workout or non-workout days at night.

                              with regular GH I never took it after workout cuz hoping the natural would be enough but with this stuff it gets you to produce natty GH so I think after workout is a must?

                              • On training days I take it after workout, wait 25 min then have my shake, then I take it at night.

                                None training days, shot in morning and in night.
