  • Lump NOT behind nipple ?

Hi everyone, I hope you can help me :

I am 25 and have done 3 AS cycles in the past, the last time I did one was about 18 months ago, I did bdol-deca and developed a small pea sized hard lump to the side of my nipple, not directly under it, it was about 1cm to the side and felt sort of connected to the glands behind the nipple but the actual lump itself was slightly to the side, I assumed this was the start of 'gyno' so I started on the nolv and the lump went.

I have been out of the gym for about 8 months due to a bad ear infection and started back about 2 weeks ago and since starting back its as if the lump has re-appeared, again, slightly to the left side of my left nipple, it feels a bit swollen directly behind my nipple but the lump itself is slightly to the side, i wouldnt say its agony but its uncomfortable if i press it and the pain can be described as a 'dull ache', but only if i press it, there is no open sore or discharge, i was wondering if this is indeed the onset of gyno or something more sinister, ive made an appointment to see the doc but was wondering what you guys think, gyno or somthing else.

Thanks for your replies in advance

its gyno if it comes and goes with the use of nolv.

just get on some nolv and run it at 10mg per day.

Thanks for the quick reply mate, I keep reading that gyno is 'behind' the nipple, so I take it it is possible for the lump to form slighty (1/2cm) to the side and still be gyno, even tho ive not touched a cycle for a good 18 months ?

Yep around the nipple is still gyno and if it is flaring up then I would suggest 40mg of nolva till it dies down and 20mg per day thereafter if you are sensitive...

can it flare up without being on a cycle ? baring in mind that I am 25 and not exactly going thru puberty lol. I was thinking that maybe getting back on the gym has giving me a natural boost of test and maybe that has something to do with it, and flared it back up ?

its all about estrogen rebound after you come off cycle. if the estro/test ratio is off then gyno is sure to come.

I've not been on a cycle for about 18 months though, thats why Im slightly confused, I would of thought that since my last cycle my hormones tes/estrogen would of returned to normal ? i just found it a little odd that gyno could flare up again seemingly out of the blue, but thought it was a bit of a coincidence that it seems to have returned after I started hitting the gym hard again. ?

has nothing to do with the gym.

your hormone levels sound like they they are still out of whack. you may just have low test levels.

Could that possibly be because I didnt do proper PCT following my last cycle ,(18 months) ? would my hormone levels still be out of whack after so long.

its doubtful, you just may have low test levels naturally or your cycles could have effected it etc..

you can always get a full blood panel done at the doc and see.

Dont think I have naturally low test levels, its more than likely the cycle affected it, if thats the case then what would I have to do to get things back to normal

nolvadex will kick up your test levels if they are low.

bottom line, get on nolv, it will help with the gyno issue and possably the test issue.

I went on the nolv last time, and the lump went, so i assumed the nolv had done its trick, thats why i was a surprised when it came back and just seemed like a bit of a coincidence that it came back as soon as i started hitting the gym hard again, i thought that the fact id been pushing my self and hitting the squats/deadlifts/bench press hard again :weights: that my natural test might of increased suddenly and caused a bit of a shock to the system, sounds like a strange theory I know but i dont know what else to think, im all out of ideas lol
