high test levels has nothing to do with gyno. its estrogen.

going back to the gym would not have raised your estro levels.

well its obvious that your estro levels are higher then they should be. if they werent you would not have gotten gyno.

why they are so high this long after your cycle. no idea.

Thats the big question mate, although I have recently stopped takin anti-biotics for an ear infection and after doing some research I have found that certain anti-bitoics can cause gyn and in most cases gyno has no know cause.

I am 25 and have done 3 AS cycles in the past, the last time I did one was about 18 months ago, I did bdol-deca and developed a small pea sized hard lump to the side of my nipple, not directly under it, it was about 1cm to the side and felt sort of connected to the glands behind the nipple but the actual lump itself was slightly to the side, I assumed this was the start of 'gyno' so I started on the nolv and the lump went.

I have been out of the gym for about 8 months due to a bad ear infection and started back about 2 weeks ago and since starting back its as if the lump has re-appeared, again, slightly to the left side of my left nipple, it feels a bit swollen directly behind my nipple but the lump itself is slightly to the side, i wouldnt say its agony but its uncomfortable if i press it and the pain can be described as a 'dull ache', but only if i press it, there is no open sore or discharge, i was wondering if this is indeed the onset of gyno or something more sinister, ive made an appointment to see the doc but was wondering what you guys think, gyno or somthing else.

Thanks for your replies in advance
It sounds like gyno to me. I would check your current natural hormone production to see whats causing your problem. Low test,,high estrogen,,etc..

Terrible grammar there my man. But, to answer your infinite run-on sentence fragment, it is best to not start Letro until you have completed your AAS cycle.

We are now not only critiquing cycles, but also English skillz.

Uh, when you have to read a post three or four times just to understand the question then yea I think English skills need to be critiqued. I don't know, maybe you speak dumbass as well and thus have no problem interpreting it.

I really disagree here. I realize it can effect gains but when gyno starts to show itself priority #1 needs to become getting rid of that gyno. What good are gains when it comes with a set of tits.

Just think there's more viable options, that wont hinder gains, than throwing Letro at it right away. I'm def not saying I'm right but just what I've read seems to support this.
