detection times clen/eca

Hi guys!

can you tell me what the detection times are of clenbuterol and ECA? Im competing in a little while and i prefer to test negative .
Most of time, people tell me 4-5 days for clen and 3 weeks for ECA. Is this right? I just want to hear your thoughts....
