i have 40 of GH 16ui (genotropin 5.3) and i can get more
AND I HAVE THe PEN but i dont know how to use it by doses thats all

If you dont have the pen to inject it. you can always pull your IUs right outta that cart. Just think of that cart as a big vial.
Not sure why it only last 48 hours? what kind of water is it mixed with? Is it pre mixed or do you mix it?

in your picture It does not look like its pre mixed but very hard to tell? I was under the assumption that only the AQ something was pre mixed?
you picture looks like there is the powder disk at the bottom?

that is takin right off the website so your stuff is NOT pre mixed and according to the website it will last 28 days after mixed if keep in fridge.
as I said earler you can take 2ius 2 times per day or 3 ius first ting in morning. If it is legit 3 ius should be enough
