he's only got 30 amps bro, 3 a week would only last 10 weeks. I think its better he has a good run at it and 500mg test per week is enough

I was just referring to shot frequency bro - I find 3x a week works better w/sust - just me - he can drop the dose and do 3x or higher dose 2x. My bad didn't make it clear.

With sust the advantage is that there is short esters in it so it kicks in faster but this is only if you take it every other day and this advantage only applies to the first couple weeks at most, until blood levels are at their max....
