Hi everyone. This is my first post, hope I don't make a mess.
I've been diagnosed with low-testosterone.
Total Testosterone: 4.2 nmol/l
Free Testosterone: 97 pmol/l
My Age: 31
The doctor has prescribed me Nebido 1000mg injections. I told him I want to do some research first and them start next month.
Nebido (Testosterone Undecanoate) - 1000mg/4ml - 53days half-life.
So I guess I'll be getting injections every 12 weeks.
Now I'm thinking I should start doing serious body-building.
I've been going to the gym 4days a week for months on and months off without any real gains in the past. Now I know why.
How high do you guys think my testosterone levels will be at?
Will it be high enough for me to see some huge muscle gains?
Will I need to take other pills, substances or whatnot to stop gyno or other side effects? hCG? I'm probably going to be getting Nebido for life and I don't know if one can take side-effect fighting drugs, estrogen-blockers for life or can you?
Anything else I should know before I go back to the doctor to start my life-long journey?
Anything I should ask the doctor when I'm there? Something else he should prescribe me?
Thanks for reading this far :-)
