low dose test cycle

  • low dose test cycle

    just looking for opinions on a low dose cycle. maybe 250 to 300 a week, not sure how long to run it tho. wondering if it would benifit me to do t now or wait until i dropped more weight. i am 320 now was thinkin maybe doin it when i get downaround 280ish but if it will help me now i woud go ahaead and do it. and also would that low a dose even help at my size or should i just bump it up to 500 or so. at 320 i am not a sloppy fat ass. i carry the weight well, so i've been told, but i do realize that i am still overweight. lookin for the best route.

    i'd lose a more weight first but if you run a low dose for 12-14 weeks it won't hurt. have you considered stacking w/ HGH? i would clean up the diet and add cardio days. im sure this is your downfall. whats your workout routine look like? is it very low volume? r you one of those guys who tries to bench 500 for 2 then leaves? also be honestly w yourself im concerned with your motivation level you dont seem to be there yet? if losing weight is your goal make sure you stay with that goal.

      that is what my plan was initialy. but got to talkin with some guys and they sugested the low dose cycle and it just got me thinkin. and noo im not one of those guys lol i usually train 5 to 6 days a week with your typicall splits onn bodyparts and i like to use moderate weights and keep my reps in the 10 to 15 range. seems to work well for me. been doin 30 -45 mnutes on the treadmill everyday i lift ut i could probly do more. my diet definately need some work and is the biggest problem. for the most part i eat pretty good but probly not enough.

        I would use at least 300 per week. A guy your size would do good on 500mg per wk.

          whats your actual BF % if your Bf is to high you risk some sides you wont like for instance possible gyno....yes even at 500mg/week

            the body always responds better to steroids when you are in decent shape. i would drop some fat and then go on.

              not sure of my bf right now last time i checked i think i was down at around 275 280 and it was around 16%. not sure how accurate that was. i think i agree with bouncer need to get down before i even thnk about it if i do it at all. thanks for the responses
