So, in the middle of 6 month cycle and went in for blood work, as I do every year at this time. I told the gal my veins are hard to find as in the past folks have nicked my nerve, well... GUESS WHAT? She friggin got me. I have bruised arm, which dont care about, its the rubberband snap on the top of my forearm everytime I flex that kills me. It happened last Tuesday and I friggin can't stand not being in the gym. Talked to a few guys that said wrap it tight, so bought a wrap today, wrapped it up, and it still snaps when I curl or extend like doin a bench rep.
I am back in gym tomorrow, or am I...?? I hate to sit man, but I don't wanna screw forearm up at all if instead I should sit for a week or so.
Called docs office and they said to take tynol every four hours and soak in warm water.. REALLY>??
