I went to a vitality center, not to my regular doc. They tested me, my initial results were 490. I'm 34 years old and haven't taken anything since I was 23. My vitality doc said he wants all his patients to be at around 900 for them to feel good/normal. So I started on 250mg per week injections at his office. 10 minutes. I go in on my lunch break, pay the $30 co-pay and they give me the injection with b12 mixed in and then I leave. If they draw blood then it takes another 5-10 minutes, and they typically have been doing that every 4-5 weeks to check my levels among other things.
