I went to a vitality center, not to my regular doc. They tested me, my initial results were 490. I'm 34 years old and haven't taken anything since I was 23. My vitality doc said he wants all his patients to be at around 900 for them to feel good/normal. So I started on 250mg per week injections at his office. After 4 weeks they tested my blood and I was at 705. Then at 8 weeks, they tested again and my levels were at 980.
I'm happy with these results of this legit pharma test at 250mg per week. I've had huge gains from it and feel great overall.

10 minutes. I go in on my lunch break, pay the $30 co-pay and they give me the injection with b12 mixed in and then I leave. If they draw blood then it takes another 5-10 minutes, and they typically have been doing that every 4-5 weeks to check my levels among other things.Originally posted by Shibby View PostIt would be very tough for me to go every week. How long is each visit?
