          Rocket, not sure I will be able to get that for you. M-4s only have burst as opposed to M-16s full auto. I was going to see about a 240B, but no one has a range scheduled and we can't just fire our weapons whenever. Small arms fire seems to make people nervous when they hear it for no reason. :)

            This is off the subject of this thread, but when I posted this question in the training section I didn't get much feedback. I have had two back surgeries and now have hardware in my lower back. Sqauts are a thing of the past and heavy presses seem to be as well. A bit painful actually...any ideas for training legs with those limitations?

              You can only do what you can only do bro. you dont have to go to extream weights do what you can and realy pratice strick fourm and flexing your muscles.

              3 round burst is also ok,lol I was just busting your chops bro I think it would be darn near impossable to get something like that home.
