Magda learned about doing IM injections like this in nursing school. Anyone use this or try it?

So pulling on the skin while you inject so that the hole isnt over the injection site after you pull the needle.... What benefit would this get you? Seems like a lot of hassle and I would be worried about my hand holding the skin slipping and what would happen to the needle

That's a very odd way of injection. When i had my internships, no doctor or nurse ever injected this way.

yeah they just shove the fucking shit in you and plunge.

I've had literally 50 doctors do IM shots on me over the years, not one of them can do it for shit , I had one guy who was helpless and I ask if I could do it myself and he gave me this fucked up look and said that it wasn't for IV - thats when I realized the junkie look wasn't workin out too well. hahaha.

I watched a video on it and there were something like 8 medications it's recommenced for to lock the medication in the muscle. Two of those were estrogen and testosterone.

I'm going to let her do it on my next shot so she can practice. It may not be something commonly used, but she still has to learn it. They also teach them to put the needle in like a dart. I'm going to sticker once (empty syringe) like a dart and then once with a slow push so she can feel the difference :hibb:
