HELP on my JOINTS & 2nd cycle

  • HELP on my JOINTS & 2nd cycle

    Hello Big Guys!

    Last August I just finished my 1st cycle.
    1-4 month DBol 30mg
    1-13 month T 350mg/week
    13th month winnie 30mg/day

    I added around 15 pounds and I have maintained half of it.
    I added Winnie at the last month cause my belly got bigger during the cycle.
    Winnie didn't help me loose fat.
    I Have a good ectomorph body but I have around 15% bf and I have never had ripped abs.
    I am very strong for my limits in comparison with others same type of body but I made 2 mistakes in these cycle
    1) I added Winnie
    2) 1 month after my cycle I did 1 week of a hard intense workout with a lot of weights.

    Now ALL my joints( elbows, knees, Shoulders) are hurting a lot and are making always noises.
    WHAT DO U SUGGEST? START A 2nd CYCLE and ADD DECA OR ....
    I'm taking supplements like Glucosamine Chondroitin and omega 3,6,9

    Fat is delt with by diet, not drugs. If you want abs clean up your diet.

    For joints I would take test and deca and not train extremely heavy and instead focus on traning the muscle for pump and growth.

      You're the one that helped me a lot since the beginning and also a ton others.
      But what do you suggest in terms of doses, splits and hcg during or pct after cycle?

      I'm 32 yrs old
      5'8
      187 pounds
      15% bf

        500mgs test per week
        300-400mgs deca per week

        Nolva for Pct start 3 weeks after last shot and run at 40mgs per day for 1 month.

          It's been 2 months and 10 days since I've finished my 1st cycle.
          Should I have to wait more for starting this new one?

          For now I'am doing a 2 weeks workout, consisting in very moderate weights with hi reps.
          doing only quads ( my weakest bodypart )
          only different flyes for chest
          only different side &rear raises for delts in order to not stress my joints.

                  Can sb suggest any training advice or supplements on this stage (the one mentioned above)?

                      Shark cartalidge as well as glucosamine are good supplements for joint support...
